When you begin to discuss Text Messaging at Colleges or Universities, the first thought that comes to mind is Emergency Notifications. Recent tragedies and national disasters are certainly driving most institutions to pursue efficient and timely communication solutions that can quickly reach each student, regardless of their location, both on or off campus.
